Pros

good benefits for full time employees, they provided a free employee lunch and dinner everyday. You got a 25% discount at the restaurant, grocery and classes.

Cons

terrible pay. The customer are all pretentious so they dont tip. Managers were not on the floor or seen unless they were reprimanding somebody

-Supportive coworkers -Employee discounts and perks -Fun work environment -Flexible work schedule -Ability to grow with the company and be promoted to different positions

Cons

-You work outdoors on the rooftop so this means you deal with freezing cold temperatures in the winter and there are only heat lamps to keep you and customers warm -Unbearable hot summer days with no AC
