Pros

Learn about Italy and how everything is made especially bread, olive oil and pasta. Learn as much as you can and try and make friends in the different areas to help you get a full scope of the business as a whole

Cons

If you wish to grow with the company, move to where the opportunities are because promoting within your location may not always happen. As with any business, they are falling into American ideals of handling people and they honestly do not pay enough for what is expected of you and they will usually be the highest paying depending on the area the store is located in . Systems need an overhaul so that they actually talk to each other and cause less issues so you can provide the best customer service to their customers.
