Pros

Great benefits, decent coworkers, easy job, promoting from within more often than other places

Cons

Management that doesn't follow through, HR that only cares when corporate is present, they only care about numbers but don't want to listen to employees about how to improve numbers

Pros

Can work less hours and still get health care. Job training was better than most cafes. Way less drinks to learn. Coworkers and management very supportive. Really great about transfering to different area if needed. Would only ever work here again out of all my cafe jobs. Pay could be better (hopefully its gone up since I worked here) but tips were solid

Cons

So much traffic. I think it may be better now with the new layout but there was no end to rushes. Customers are the typical needy business ones but you also get some pretty nice/decent tourists.
