Pros

Everyone I worked with was super nice and incredibly professional. I learned a lot from Gregg the Bar Manager at the time. The money was fantastic too

Cons

It was very corporate and stuffy at times but not overwhelmingly so

Pros

The place of work is exciting and unique. You are given free lunch. You could have opportunity to work in other areas. Feels authentic since a lot of Italians work there.

Cons

You have a 30 minute lunch break. You’ll have to stand for 10hrs a day. Depending on where you travel from it can be hard to get to. A lot of constant change of staff. A lot people leave the job. Lots of rule changes
