Pros

It can be fun for some people to learn about unique, authentic products from another culture. In most areas of the world the company will succeed because most people go crazy for Italian made products.

Cons

The company is run in a very pitiful manner. You never want to work under an Italian, they can not control their emotions, are extremely unprofessional and will disrespect you in every way. The non-Italians aren't much better. They do not look much at leadership experience before they hire someone in a leadership role.
