Pros
Awesome culture. Great leadership in the customer service department. Benefits start day one. Training really prepares you well before you get out on the floor. A lot of opportunity to move up quickly within the department.
Cons
Very close supervision. No time to breath with back to back calls. Difficult to pass quality. Does not pay as much as other jobs initially.
