Pros

Very diverse upbeat and motivated team players. Every new hire is matched with a mentor within the first week. Chance for upward mobility excellent.

Cons

Once the initial transition from new hire to full-time employee, the pace is very hard to keep up with. Sales quota's become more and more unattainable. The competition within the sales floor is very fierce. The hours of the day get longer and longer as each year passes that you are employed, if you make it that long. High turnover rate.

The fact that you have to work on weekends.
