Pros

1. No boundaries attached or created. All works together. Even the CEO would be standing next to you and working 2. Amazing learning. The amount of work I learnt cannot be measured or explained 3. Responsibility. No one bugs or tells you what to do. You are the sole owner and responsible for the result 4. Amazing growth for the right person. People have ended up becoming store managers within 2 years 5. They promote zig-zag career growth; today you may be working in Logistics and tomorrow you may join the IT. Its that awesome 6. Lot of sports involved 7. Passionate about lowering product prices and customer happiness 8. Monthly manager debrief culture is unique and important

Cons

1. Pay is horrible. You may start as low as 18000. Even after 5-6 years you may not be earning that much compared to your peers in other firms 2. Work can get crazy, especially in stores. Store people have no life; most of them work on weekends till late night like zombies!

Not good

Pros

Well the only thing good I can come up with is that you are given good job titles which look good on your resume.

Cons

The company cares only about customer satisfaction but not even their own employees! Pay is below bar and you are made to work twice as much. Working 6 full days a week is very taxing. In the name of cost cutting, the resources provided are below bare minimum in terms of ERP systems, comfort level and just about anything. Higher management is very unprofessional in dealing with employees, hardly any appreciation after all the hard work and open discrimination is very evident. Zero work life balance.

Bad experience

Pros

Good for a fresher to start and learn. Cannot find anything else positive to say

Cons

The list is enormous! Let me mention a few at least. 1. Work is 6 full days a week. This is in no way productive for the employees and work is very very hectic. So say goodbye to having a life. They say you'll b productive when you're working fewer hrs but six days. In reality you need to work overtime very frequently and you end up being burnt out. 2. Pay is also low for the amount and type of work you need to do. 3. The training system is very poor and you are expected to deliver with very little training. 4. Inadequate resources provided and you end up wasting time for simple tasks. 5. Open partiality towards their own people especially in terms of treatment and compensation and are in majority no way more knowledgable or practical than beginners here. 6. LOTS of internal politics! In short, they do not practice what they preach (claim to practice)
