Pros

- Relaxed environment/ no formal or strict dress code; - Incentive to play sports, that could be more organised and more benefits could be considered ; - Some company events; -Fresh fruits provided in the canteen. - Exposure to learning.

Cons

- The salaries are very low compared to the market; - There is a lack of clarity on the salary range and there is no formal rates according to the performance . - Too many systems that are unique to the company and none of them seems to work well. - The IT equipament given to perform the work seems to not support all the necessary systems and tasks , which creates delays and extra work. - Working overtime is expected, depending on your role, but no overtime is paid or hours given in an "overtime bank". Some people seems to work ridiculously more than others. - Lack of support of management, and a constant attitude of blame towards the employees. Management seems to be fast to point fingers but slow to help and develop people. - Bullying from certain managers that tends to speak ill about people below them, even though, the company praises a "flat structure" "lean model". - No support for qualified accountants and a culture that assumes that qualifications are "useless"and people learn on the go. - Careless about talents and accounting rules. - Lack of Human Resources and management support towards unforeseen circumstances, for example, if an employee is sick, instead management blames and get "suspicious" about the person condition and necessity to be absent from work.

Pros

Good place to learn the basics of a business model

Cons

Where shall i start? Expected to work way past your work schedule with no OT pay Managers are biased and will favour you based on your interaction with them Any feedback given to your superior will be dismissed and any comments said about the work system will be used against you Coaches will not listen to you and only think that their way is the right one.If you try to question them, they will make your life a living hell and make sure you are bombarded with useless tasks just to make you tired/sick of the job Do not bother working too hard here as little/no recognition is given to you unless you are in higher management/coaches will take your accomplishments as theirs. Plenty of backstabbing and brown-nosing by managers who will use it against you when you are in need of something. Like the title says, don't go for this job.Run.There are plenty of other jobs out there.Corporate racism is aplenty here as well and promotions are given to people who bootlick their bosses not based on your merits.

Pros

-Great Product Line -A fantastic Business Model -A very compelling recruitment pitch

Cons

-Very young Management with not a lot of experience. -40 hour week is realistically more like 60 with no overtime. This is expected as it has a very European approach to employee expectations. -training is in different cities all you are expected to stay in less then professional acceptable accommodations with shared rooms. -their is a lack of communication within management and it’s ability to manage employees. -they don’t have a defined training program and employees are just thrown into the floor. -the pay structure is very low competitively -they tell you that you will be an Ambassador in your community for your sport. Once you are hired you realize quickly that is something that is to be done on your own time as your job is to do retail only. They use a lot of manipulative language to make you believe otherwise.
