      Pros

      If you are lucky, you get to work on interesting projects. You receive a good stipend and apparently are not tight to the limits of the client you are deployed at.

      Cons

      Colleagues hardly know each other, I think it's made on purpose. Lack of communication and involvement in Altran career paths. You are left on your own (body rental anyone?) and if the client need you to do something you have to, since that's why you are there. To fill the gaps of client's lazy employees.

      Pros

      Good opportunities to see more than one customer, or in the same place to be involved in different projects

      Cons

      The only management need is someone good enough to fill a gap in the project and make the customer satisfied (or illude). If the project is not of your interest, no one cares. And it can be that your career/degrees are way over unuseful if your duties are of the lowest professional profile.

      Pros

      Plenty of possible engineering sectors where working in. From Aerospace to tlc, automotive, sw testing, in an international context.

      Cons

      no particular cons. Probably the necessity to fast relocate according to company's customers needings, but managers always available for a better logistic arrangement in case of relocation (often only for few weeks)
