      Pros

      You can get dynamism in your career. As consultant, yiur management encourages to take challenges, learning new things and keep updated your skills. Your skills are the product of the company, in contrast to an OEM.

      Cons

      middle management has no science to master the projects. To "sell" project management as a service, Altran is too far behind competitors such as accenture.

      Pros

      Good benefit if you work at the customers. If you are lucky you can work in a good company getting the knowledge from them.

      Cons

      There are not so many courses inside Altran or outside probably because because of the cost. The career path are not applied because the main focus is on the revenue and not on the growth of the consultant
