      * Ahrents is an inspiring communicator * Amazing headquarters * Rich in heritage * Best talent in industry * Great digital presence * Free lunch * Great sample sale discount

      *Ahrents is an inspiring communicator but unfortunately the brand image she portrays & the culture she envisages does not reflect reality * The "business" has a disconnected leadership team surfing on their own self indulgent egotistical wave * Far too many over paid and under worked "vice presidents" * Rewards and Recognition only applicable to "hierarchy" * Limited input allowed without having to speak with "hierarchy" first * Bad email and meeting culture leaving little time to do the job you are employed to do * Very poor work life balance with unachievable deadlines
