      Everything! Management is over-payed and under qualified, no true structure, and all about who can stab who in the back fastest to get ahead.

      Great Benefits, good office, good work hours

      Cons

      Micromanagement, bad onboarding, not acommodating to employee's needs. Manager did not know how to properly onboard their employees, micromanaged every aspect of job and complained and did not set proper expectations.
