      -Pay is higher compared to other retail. -Benefits are excellent. -Brand reputation is excellent. -Discounts are excellent. -

      Cons

      -Corporate headquarters needs to keep closer eye on store management. -Organization is too bureaucratic. -Training of employees needs more organization.

      Pros

      The corporate office in New York is an entrepreneurial environment where one is given a great deal of responsibility across many aspects of the business. It is a high fashion brand with great brand visibility and recognition in the retail industry. Retail store expansion is rapid in emerging markets including Asia, Eastern Europe and N. America.

      Cons

      There is very little opportunity for vertical growth within a department, lateral movement between departments or promotion within the company unless one is hired in at a senior management level. Don't expect promotions until a year or more over-due. There is a culture of secrecy which tends to perpetuate itself amongst all offices and departments.

      Pros

      outstanding reputation; excellent customer base. Great, talented staff that are easy to work with. Great 401k program and dental and medical benefits--superior to most fashion companies

      Cons

      Weakness in product development for the US market. Poor wardrobe allowance that is not competitve with the rest of the luxury market. Severly understaffed in most areas for the volume that is expected out of the US market. This inhibits people from performing to their capabilites. Poor communication from the corporate office in UK which makes it difficult to conduct business as expected here in US
