      Pros

      Looks great on resume Some amazing talent PTO is incredible for a retailer- black out period only during holidays. You can use your discount at the outlets as well

      Cons

      Top leadership fake it until they make it. So many of them don’t know what they’re doing and this is why so many GOOD people leave. All you have to do is talk a good game to work here. No one will check if you are truly qualified to do your job.

      Pros

      Dynamic environment, super intelligent coworkers, nice people. The creative is beautiful and inspiring. You will learn a lot initially. Gorgeous office and great IT. Quite efficient processes.

      Cons

      Difficult to move around the company or advance. If you aren't on the digital side you will languish. Certain departments are cool and if you aren't in one of those you will feel very excluded. Middle and lower level employees are very removed from senior management and decision makers. Although marketing is great, product itself is not strong.
