No room for growth. Humwn Resource role is not to support employees. No mentoring, everyone out for themselves. Bureaucratic environment, again do not expect to grow.

Not a very friendly or happy culture/working environment, no room for progression/development, hostile atmosphere, blame culture, lots of negativity and moaning about co-workers yet no body really makes any changes. Managers do not listen to lower level staff. People like to have meetings about meetings
