      I loved working for Burberry. It is a great company, but highly depending on store leadership

      Pros

      Decent pay, good discount (especially during sale season), stable client base (results in consistent paychecks), and quality luxury company.

      Cons

      Opportunities for promotion can be difficult. Lots of hiring comes from employee recommendations, which can make it hard to get in if you don't know anyone (or if you don't have a great resume). Hours for PT employees can be unreliable. Competitive environment often makes for drama between sales associates.

      Pros

      I have learnt a lot, worked really hard, had great professional career and developed friendships with lots of colleagues. The supply chain team is great, the systems works really well and the company wants always to evolve and progress.

      Cons

      Since 2013 There are too many vps, svps and Chiefs.. The structure is an upside down pyramid
