Pros

Staff discount if you are into that. Looks good on your CV.

Cons

- Too many leaders that do very little. - The least caring people team I've experienced - Toxic culture - don't challenge anything if you want to fit in - Lack of diversity in thought and opinion - despite what they say. - Blame culture - False, pretentious and entitled people at every turn - Announced 150 redundancies at the height of a pandemic, the day before sending custom balloons into the desert to advertise a new product. - Drawn out and ridiculous processes - challenge them at your peril

Pros

- The consultants are very nice and make you feel part of a team/family - The company values are just fantastic, diverse and inclusive - Digital employee sales - Work from home - Bonus scheme

Cons

- Poor senior leadership - The department is not inclusive, it is ‘if your face fits’ - No real business plan in place - Bullying atmosphere by the hierarchy - Constructive criticism is not offered, dictatorship is the way the management team perform - The leadership look great on paper but are useless in real life situations

Pros

*Most people are lovely *Most people are very approachable and always keen to help *Opportunity to make a stamp on new processes and way of doing things *Good brand to have on the CV

Cons

*Frustratingly poor managment, focused on detail rather than strategy and providing appropriate support and development opportunities *lacking processes, they tend to make stuff up as they go along *They flip between lots of bureaucracy in some cases and in others they want instant results *Frustrating and disjointed systems, they have all of the tools and toys but none of the services or discipline to underpin the use of those tools *Limited to no relevant development, they would rather spend money and budgets on contractors than perm staff *Increasingly low moral of perm and contractor staff *They struggle to retain staff
