Pros

Sample sales & staff discounts Various opportunities to take part in project Great teams and line manager Good location Summer Fridays when team can leave at 12:30

Cons

The BBS hierarchy is very flat - staff is employed as admins so that the company can save more money, but this leads to lack of progression opportunities Clear division between Leeds and London ( London teams have free lunches on daily basis yet Leeds once a month following clear dissatisfaction after employee survey results) SLTs are savings driven and do not care about high rate of staff turnover. They are happy to let good staff members to leave rather than increase their salary Company prefers to hire contractors and pay them more for few months contracts rather than utilise knowledgable people within the teams

Pros

Great offices. Free lunch and fruit. Nice co-workers in building

Cons

The chief creative designer, who started in March 2018, is a not a pleasant man. The atmosphere is one of fear and of bullying. He demoralises his team and is thoroughly unpleasant to them. He should not be allowed to treat people the way that he does.

Pros

Compared to previous jobs, Burberry offer a lot of responsibility, innovative benefits and great people. They're very focussed on growing the business but not at any cost. Can't speak more highly of the CEO, Christopher. Its a terribly overused word but "inspiration" really just fits him so well. Many reviews have commented that Burberry is not the right fit for everyone but nor is any company - it has a specific culture which, if you respond well to it, you'll thrive & love the place and the people. Oh, and the office is AMAZING.

Cons

Inefficient processes & systems, far too many Directors and VP's who, in any other company, would barely be a manager.
