Company as a whole offers a strong global vision quality products and services and a solid reputation in the industry. Takes care of their employees and treat them very respectfully and fair. Work life balance is very good setting example for other companies to adapt the same flexibility.
Cons
In the local office, middle management holds limited decision-making power or strategic influence. Despite this there’s a strong tendency to act as though they are driving meaningful change and employees are expected to adopt the same pretense. Unfortunately genuine leadership is lacking — there is little motivation, no leading by example, and minimal support for personal or professional growth. Those who conform to unwritten expectations are included in the inner circle. However expressing a different opinion or constructively challenging the status quo is often met with resistance. Performance evaluations can feel overly subjective with limited space for open dialogue or consistent, transparent criteria. For individuals who are goal-oriented and motivated by progress this environment can be demoralizing. Rather than continue in a structure with limited development opportunities and unclear leadership many ultimately choose to leave. The company at a global level offers strong products talented people and a clear vision. With better support and empowerment for local teams there’s real potential to create a more inspiring and high-performing work culture.
