Pros

- Fantastic work environment / office centrally located with nice view - WFH flexibility (hybrid) - Great people / supportive culture - Decent salary with bonus - Good management - Nice perks (travel $$, UberEats lunches daily, office furniture etc) - Good technology and systems (AI tools, choice of Mac or Windows, adequate software you'd expect from any global tech company) - Diverse and inclusive team (lots of women in leadership, lgbtq visibility, mix of ages and demographics). - Fun events

Cons

- Large global company so there's a lot of information to digest, but I feel they do well at localising information to Oceania region. Sometimes you just need to go digging to find what you need. - Appears as though there are opportunities to grow and develop in your career (sideways or up), but there's plenty of top talent across the org. You need to be prepared to stand out in order to step up.
