Pros

Career path, managerial support, personal development, great coworkers, team spirit, summer and winter events, monthly get togethers,

Cons

Overworked and underpaid, especially once you start moving up in your career. Also, it seems that things on a managerial level/hr level differ from office to office and from offices to HQ. I feel that some local offices are luckier than others and that most of the local offices are luckier than HQ due to management. It all boils down to people management and if the people aren't being managed properly then that's going to be a problem.
