It’s a workplace which perfectly matches the word “flexible” - you have the freedom of working from anywhere in the world without your salary being impacted. You can also conduct your asynchronous work at any time you want. You have the opportunity to contribute and bring value to areas even outside of coding. The variety of tasks which I was able to take on made everything all the more exciting, fulfilling and genuinely fun
Cons
Everything is fast-paced, so you may feel overwhelmed as a newcomer. It all goes away though because people are very supportive and understanding
