      - Highest standards. You are surrounded by the most talented people who aim for the highest goals in the tech field. - Exceptional company culture: the environment is generally healthy, informal, friendly and good relationships are formed. - High quality and efficiency of work: you can feel that your individual contribution is fundamental and impactful, in any role. - The salary and the many benefits exceed standards (at least the Italian ones). - Transparency: every employee has all the necessary tools to have adequate visibility on the state of the company, on other teams, on future plans, on the communications from the executives.

      Cons

      - Depending on the person, it can be a bit intimidating to be surrounded by very talented and motivated people: sometimes there a bit of feeling of internal competition. - You have to be ready to work hard and adapt to sudden changes and reorganisations. - Processes are not really structured, because of frequent reorganisations and to avoid being too bureaucratic. - The ease with which interpersonal relationships are created (depending on the person) can have an influence on work - for example, being less objective. Of course, it depends on the individual to avoid these situations.
