* Every high tech company perk you can imagine. Amazing unlimited food, good salaries, inclusive people ops programs etc... * Personal development is dependent only on your skills. * Flexible teams and transfers

Cons

The all inclusive envelope of perks can blur things a bit, since the work relations sometimes have a slight undertone involved in politics and personal interest rather than team/company interest. Often hierarchies that may seem flat, at least to me, would seem skewed in favour of what serves the company at the expense of the working atmosphere.
