This is a great small gym for any personal trainer looking to get away from the large box gym competition.

Cons

Each location is franchise owned, making it extremely difficult to operate with incompetent owners.

Pros

You can set your own schedule, and everyone is generally nice. If you get creative you can coach your own class. You set your own price.

Cons

You have bust your butt if you want to make any money. The management needs to communicate better with trainers. They simply don't take care of their trainers, which should be 1st on their list. If you are paying bills, stay away. If you live with mom or dad go for it. Take your time and buil clientele.

Working with people and helping them attain their goals is a great thing!

Cons

It seemed to me that just getting members was the main goal. Once people joined they were kinda left to their own means. When someone wanted to cancel their membership it took forever and often times even though the requisite paper work was received, a cancellation still didn't happen. People were still be charged for a membership they didn't want
