Pros

Well-paid. Located worldwide so many possibilities to growth. Dynamic job. Not boring at all.

Cons

8hours shift run non stopped plus time before/after shift to work on documentation, overall 12h of work a day ( if you lucky). Work-life balance all messed up. The shifts are not well organized so it leads to the managerial line to run many different shifts on a same week. The 'old people' in the Company are entries from 6 months ago which doesn't know how to react in front of difficult situations but covering their own back. The toxicity of the enviroment is something you can feel from all levels. Managerial positions are mantain by tattling. People showing many faces and trying to emerge even if that costs the job of colleagues.

Pros

I joined Amazon almost nine years ago and since then I learnt so many things, experiencing many different approaches and situations. What I love about this company is that nobody here asks you to be different from what you are. Each one of us brings different experiences and prospective, creating unique results.

Cons

This company is so big that sometimes you feel like working in pure chaos. It is difficult to be aware of all the aspects of this job and often you find that teams that are supposed to work together, actually have no idea of each other tasks. But this issue is common to so many companies that i believe that it is not a good reason to disregard Amazon.
