Pros

In terms of infrastructure, Amazon is excellent. There are also good growth opportunities, especially through internal programs that allow employees to transition from non-IT to IT roles. As you grow within the organization, the benefits and career opportunities increase. I've also noticed many employees with silver badges and long tenures, which reflects why so many people choose to stay at Amazon for years.

Cons

It largely depends on the program or department you're part of. Some teams have supportive colleagues and a healthy work culture, while others can be more challenging. In some cases, I've seen people leave because of a toxic work environment or difficult team dynamics.
