Pros

- Competitive compensation package (high base, sign-on bonus, and generous RSUs).

Cons

- Regional Management team misled early hires (e.g., bait and switch regarding role / responsibilities) - Mgmt not in touch with customers or customer needs & failed to drive a cohesive strategy - Toxic culture driven by fear and self-doubt (perpetuated by mediocre mid-level mgmt). - Little or no support for remote offices from Product or Eng (e.g., someone writes a 6-pager and regional teams are made to force fit American way of conducting business abroad)
