The only pro is they hire 10+2 so u can join if u are in urgent need of jin withiut a degree

No major increments… the pay is low if you compare it to other captive unit. work culture has become toxic.. leadership is the worst leadership(i was in delhi site) Managers dont know anything… they do not even qualify to become managers but internal politics is tooo much.. Basicallly they will ask you to work like they are paying 60k a month so that is the pressure but at a a salary of just 30-35k
