Since starting, I've had no manager, no HR, and no person to seek advice from. Managers all expect you to be an expert in your field. I would avoid. In my 2 years, I feel like I have been set back extremely far. I've constantly had to drop everything to learn a new technology and fix things someone else never documented. Unreasonable expectation with zero guidance or instruction. Maybe for advanced degrees it could be a good fit, but I wouldn't recommend working here for anyone.

If you want lies to be made up about you and and want to work with hostile people who are out to get you for no apparent reason then this is the job for you. I kept to myself for the most part, but someone took issue with that and it became a huge mess that HR was involved in and eventually they came up with this elaborate story that I was racist and that if I had another complaint against (even by the same woman) then I would be terminated. You can plea your side of the story all you want to your supervisor and even HR and they don't listen to either sides. They choose a side and just go with. They allow bullying as well as a hostile work environment. I ended up quitting because the stress of it all was too much.
