      Quick to find a project. Gives you a large variety of experiences in a short amount of time Gives you the use of a larger variety of skills in a short time

      Cons

      If not needed or performance is going down, don't expect to stay long. Mental Health or Burnout, no one cares. Made you buy into the mission and when you got cut acted like you didn't exist to them Work weird or long hours Constant calls even during personal time, essentially on 24/7 basis

      Pros

      This company is a sinking ship, get out as fast as you can, they have had a bunch of contracts terminated by DOGE and hence no bench time, staffing doesnt bother to care to help you, run if you can get away, its a matter of time before the you are going to be impacted, They squeeze you when they have work and need it to be done and beyond that they dont care.

      Cons

      New CEO seems to be hopeless Benefits used to be decent and that went downhill as well.
