Remote, solid work life balance, helpful team and managers. Mainly independent, not too many meetings, hands on a few different tools and databases.

Cons

Hard to grow, hard to upskill, a lot of emphasis on AI, leadership changes huge things randomly with no warning or proper roll out

Decent pay and sign on bonus , plus fully remote

Cons

No real room for growth unless your manager likes you. If you don’t meet a certain performance rating for the year they let you go. Worked there for 4 years just to be let go after being told I have improved. A lot of deception and misdirection.
