      Pros

      I was privilege to work for a great team, they did not micro-manage and leaders supported their team. Remote.

      Cons

      They hired a new VP, promoted people to upper management roles who then turned their back on the recruiters and account managers. MASS LAYOFFS with no notice. Literally laying people off by the handfuls without putting you on performance plans, or giving you any notice.

      Great support and a very positive attitude

      Cons

      it's essentially gambling and when the methods of managers won't work they'll just tell you to try harder and put more hours in because they did it. Not willing to acknowledge the actual percentage and it is odd that you will actually make it minimal at best and very dependent on the market.

      A stepping stone for someone who wants to start recruiting with no background.

      Cons

      Pay is way below market value and not sustainable. Turn over rate is high. Watch your money closely. You might not get paid out your final commissions.
