No pros, awful experience we all went through. We lost great recruiters in our Indy & Detroit teams.

Amazing all recruiters let go. Over last 3 years, leadership got rid or ran out our only true sales people, promoted the Lead Recruiter to manage our sales team, & now got rid of good recruiters bc the sales team doesn’t know how to sell. Get actual sales people to sell and someone that knows sales to manage the sales team. Just amazing the recruiters being blamed from decisions that had been occurring over 3 years.
