Working from home is great. The hiring paperwork was easy and convenient.

Cons

The pay is barely a living wage in the state I live in. They hired me for my extensive experience, but do not pay me adequately for that experience and expertise.

Had worst experience they have taken 2 technical round one hr round all went good they promised to release offer and after 2-3 week of long duration they said we don't have budget So funny 1st they said they got all approvals but due to tool issue they are not able to release offer and after 3 week different ans
