Technical teams made up of very smart and nice individuals
Cons
- Since the merge things have worsened significantly - Sales team very fickle and inconsistent, most of the time the only work that comes through is from returning clients - Very slow career progression Management very disconnected from the rest and constantly changing - No communication from management, they come in and promise to improve but that never happens - HR non existent, never provided any support - Most senior people leave and the junior engineers are expected to do the job - The office is always empty and sad - Projects tend to be quite repetitive. It's okay if you are a graduate for a couple of years, after that find something better
