I worked at Akkodis Morocco for over a year and a half, assigned to a project for a major automotive client. While the client-side work was fulfilling, Akkodis itself turned out to be one of the most unprofessional and disorganized companies I’ve ever encountered.
Once my mission ended, they put absolutely zero effort into finding me a new project or assignment. The so-called "business management" team is laughably incompetent, lacking even the basic skills of communication and negotiation. It’s baffling how these individuals hold leadership positions.
The work environment is a nightmare. Toxic micromanagement and a complete disconnect between managers and employees make it unbearable. These managers don’t live up to their titles or the company’s supposed values in any way.
Recently, Akkodis showed their true colors by firing numerous employees who had dedicated themselves fully to their projects, working tirelessly to deliver outstanding results and ensure client satisfaction. This demonstrates their utter disregard for the hard work and contributions of their staff. It’s clear they don’t value their people, and loyalty means nothing to them.
If you’re considering joining Akkodis Morocco, DON’T. It’s not worth sacrificing your career value or expertise for a company that doesn’t respect its employees and has no clue how to manage talent. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
