Because they have such a high turnover of new staff (lasting perhaps 3 weeks at most) what they are really after is more people who fill the pipeline some of whom will last a bit longer. It's a detailed rubber-stamping process.

The interview process begun with a brief 15 minute Skype interview which tested the level of knowledge of both the industry and the company, combined with questions regarding university and professional experience; particularly to do with sales. The assessment centre was held at The Hilton Hotel at Heathrow. This was a three and a half hour day which consisted of four key tasks, the tasks were predominantly sales and communication skills based, quite challenging but enjoyable nevertheless.
