Interview
Webinar with CEO, face to face with a recruiter, training course in Malta.
In my opinion de Vere only go through the background checks because they are legally obliged. Because they have such a high turnover of new staff (lasting perhaps 3 weeks at most) what they are really after is more people who fill the pipeline some of whom will last a bit longer. It's a detailed rubber-stamping process.
