Online Application - CV and 30 word answer questions. Webex Meeting - Presentation on the company and an opportunity to ask any questions. Online Test - Personality test rather than knowledge based. Telephone Interview - General telephone interview questions, personality based rather than knowledge Assessment Centre - Half day in London hotel, quite good fun. Debate, team presentation, one - on -one interview, mock telephone call. Assessment centre on Friday, offered job first thing Monday morning. Whole process very efficient. They are after confident, competitive people.
