deVere Group Trainee Wealth Advisor interview questions

After applying online, I was invited to a 30 minute online information seminar about the company. It was very informative, and despite reviews I had read about the deVere Group, I chose to progress to the assessments stage. The link was sent to me promptly and it needed to be completed within 24 hours. I heard a weak later, being invited to do a 30 to 45 second video pitch about myself. I completed it within the 7 day deadline. I was told I would hear within a week as to whether or not I would be progressing to the assessment day but communication went silent. Two weeks later, I chased up and my email was, again, not returned. I feel that was unprofessional, as they did not even acknowledge my follow up email.

I had a skype interview. It was very smooth and the interviewer made me feel comfortable. It took about 15 mins and most of the questions are about training in Malta.
