Vodafone Sales Advisor interview questions

I applied for the position on the careers website. Was offered a video interview, I truly thought this interview went terribly. But they seemed to like me and then offered me a face to face interview about 3 days later. At the face to face interview there were two tasks. First task, wan a interactive task whereby i would be observed for the way how i engage with the customers and colleagues. at this stage be sure to ask plenty of questions and always smile and be positive. Similarly, if the store is dead i.e there's no customers, show your initiative and introduce yourself to the staff and/or familiarise yourself with the products. The next stage was a face to face interview with the store manager, this was laid back, chill. be sure to smile constantly, be confident and be yourself. Also research the company cause there were some trick questions in there. Tbh, just be yourself, smile and you'll be fine, i did rubbish in my face to face interview, but they liked my enthusiasm.

A bit to much for such a job, an assessment centre, we had a team presentation, individual presentations and normal information about the company. They made us do group exercises, individual presentation and a final group presentation.
