Hi there, thanks a lot for leaving a review and sharing your experience. Sorry to hear you didn't feel comfortable with the video interview stage, we believe it's a good way to get to know the candidates a bit closer, before having an in person interview and an assessment day. Good luck!
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Vodafone (Brighton, Inghilterra) in Mar 2017
Interview
Applied online then within minutes was sent an invitation for a video interview. I went through this which was fine and the same day was told this had been successful and was invited for a interview in store. Interview went in 3 parts. 1) presentation (presentation on a fictional item which we had to prepare prior to the interview) 2) customer interaction (role play between interviewee and interviewer who pretends to be an unhappy customer. 3) general interview questions.
This all was a bit intimidating and way too much for a retail high street job. I was informed I'd be told of the result and fortunately was not successful. I say fortunately because from the interview, you can already gauge the pressure put on staff to meet targets and sales and I am not sure it's an environment I'd be too happy working in based on my attendance at the store.
The process was a neutral experience although I do appreciate the speedy detailed feedback on my interview.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Vodafone (Royal Leamington Spa, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied online, was then invited to take part in a video interview which was fine. I was then contacted to say that there were no jobs in my area but when there is one they would contact me.
I spoke with a lovely girl called Rebecca in head office throughout the whole recruitment process.
I was invited to an interview at Leamington Spa store. I had to prepare a 5 minute presentation on a fictional object which was fine. I had to take part in a role play and then it proceeded to the "interview" which only consisted of 2 or 3 questions.
The next day I hear back from them saying I was unsuccessful, so I called Rebecca to talk to her about this and she said the feedback from the store said I did not have enough sales experience. I have got 4 years sales experience with three different companies, so I am very experienced. They did not even ask me what experience I have had, so this has disappointed me and made me quite angry.
Hi there, thanks a lot for your feedback. We're glad to hear that you had a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Sorry to hear your opinion about the feedback, we always aim to evaluate candidates fairly and based on a broad set of skills.
