Vodafone Sales Advisor interview questions

Initial video interview then a face-to-face interview. Video interview involved watching videos where an individual asks questions about daily work dilemas. You need to respond using your webcam on how you would respond to certain problems

I applied online, within a week i was told to do a video interview via an app, i was asked 5 questions, 2 days later i was told to prepare for a face-to-face interview which consisted of a presentation, role-play and verbal interview, i was told 2 days later i had passed the interview stages and was told i'd receive a call on the following monday after they had communicated to the store manager in my area and then they'd formally offer me the job, it's been 2-3 days since the monday they told me i'd receive a call, i've tried calling them directly and it has been put through to answer phone, i'm still hopeful but it's clearly going nowhere.
