I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vodafone
Interview
Firstly a video interview where you had to answer generic questions about why you wanted the job and generic skills you have. Thereafter, a face to face interview with manager in store. Where several questions were asked about different situations which may arise in store and how you would handle them, alongside current aspirations and future goals (within the company or outside the company). Then a selling exercise where you were on the shop floor and had to sell an item from the store to the manager (selling role play exercise).
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Vodafone
Interview
Easy going, friendly and informative. I dressed casual smart for the interview which was a good decision as the interview was quite informal. The interviewer was enthusiastic and engaging with me, asking a lot of questions and showing interest in my experience and interests.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Vodafone (Southampton, Inghilterra) in Apr 2016
Interview
The first stage was an automated video interview and then an assessment centre followed by a call with a job offer. The automated interview was a basic process, one question that did throw me off was 'What do I know about Vodafone?'
Thrown off by the question, I spoke about their involvement in sponsoring F1 racers but took this as an opportunity to comment on my disapproval of their marketing ability because I actually didn't know anything online Orange that offered Orange Wednesdays.
