I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Vodafone (Newbury, England) in Mar 2016
Interview
The process began with a group exercise followed by a one-to-one interview. Thereafter there was another group excercise followed by a one-to-one presentation. It lasted for the whole day. You were also given refreshment and lunch so that was very kind of them. Best assessment centre I have ever been to.

Question 1
Why I applied to the Vodafone technology graduate role?
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Vodafone (Newbury, England) in Mar 2016
Interview
I've applied in November for the Graduate program and was contacted in February. Once I have been engaged in the process, it didn't take more than 2-3 weeks. I had to perform the video interview with some formal and some informal questions, but overall I believe that they were looking to assess the candidate's personality and if he can think outside of the box. After this, I was invited to take part in the assessment centre where each candidate had to take part in group exercises and also individual ones. It was challenging, but if you know what you're doing and did your homework, it's going to be quite entertaining.

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you've done something outside the box and did not take place within your university environment?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Vodafone (Newbury, England) in Mar 2014
Interview
Interview process is very friendly.
It starts with an online application, then you will have to face an online test (mathematical, verbal, logical). If you pass this, you will have a phone/skype interview and having success again you will be invited to the Assessment Centre at VF HQ in Newbury.
It's a great day, where you will have a tour of the campus and face individual/group/presentation interviews which will be very challenging but... Remember to show enthusiasm, smile and be yourself!
