Target Executive Team Leader - Human Resources interview questions

Several rounds of interviews. Most of them a blend of situational, behavioral based questions followed up with hypothetical scenarios. Follows recruiter, store director, HR. Unfortunately, they get to decide if you would leave them in the next year or not.

After applying, I was contacted by a Recruitment Partner for an initial phone screen. A few days later I did a virtual interview with a Store Director, and then passed on to a 3rd and Final interview with the HR Business Partner and Area Sales Manager. The process all happened with in a 2 week span.
