Interview was as generic as it gets. You will expect to get the basic interview questions. I was interviewed by three managers here. I was in line for interviews so I had to wait a little bit.

Target give the first and second interview in the same day. Then they also tell you if you are hired. They explained target's Fast Fun and Friendly motto. The interviews were both quick. They say the questions are unconventional but it wasn't in my opinion. They were questions asking you to explain what happened in an instance like for example; "describe a time when you felt a task was difficult to achieve".
Applied online few days later got called for an interiview. When i arrived there was like 10 other poeple. We went to the back and took an assesment and they called us for the one on one interview. It was a s.aright forward interview. Simple question like about your previous job and situational.
