Interview
Was my first job interview, so I don't have much to go by, but I feel it was your standard interviewing process from my research online. It obviously doesn't require a resume for the non-management positions, and the questions are very generic/your standard stereotypical interview questions.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Aventura, FL)
Interview
Applied online, Got a call a couple of call a couple of days later. I went through a phone interview and passed it. Then I got interviewed and they told me that they told me they would call and I knew then that I didn't get the job. MAKE sure that you tell them that you are available open to close Fri-Sun. Even if you aren't you can always fix that later when they're scheduling you, because the REALLY want people who are available during those days. Wish i knew that then.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Target in Jul 2009
Interview
It took me a month to two to get hired. So many Targets around with open cashier positions after calling and telling them that I have applied to their store, they were saying that everything is closed and confused how I did apply. Many of them were mean. Only because one of my friend worked at specific Target I got hired.
One of the manager told me to come by after 2 weeks for an interview. First they put us in one room to watch videos about Target (about 2 to 5 of them, they were short about 10 to 20 minutes) with another future employer. The other part was an interview one by one. Interview was by that time is hard for me with about 20 to 30 different questions.
