I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Front Royal, VA) in Dec 2012
Interview
I went through a 2 step interview process. Drug testing and background investigation. I found the interviewers to be very forthcoming with information about the company and the questions I was asked were fair and reasonable. After passing the Drug and BI test I was asked to come in to review the hiring contract and set a date for orientation. The orientation process plays a key role in the hiring process. Very informative.

Interview
Normal questions about how you handle different situations. First interview was over the phone, second was with a manager at the store. I was offered the position immediately following the second interview. Drug testing process is frustrating and time consuming. After I was hired and attended orientation they said they didn't have any hours available for another 3 weeks.
